PreBuild Phase Info

Co-OpWorld is a ten phase project.

The prebuild phase is the first two of these

It then goes to full launch which is Phase 3 with phase 4 schduled for August

Phase 1 = PreBuild launch started Nov. 23rd via the AdvanceEntry network of Internet Marketers.

Phase 2 = LocalWorld PreBuild and US$ commissions start

Phase 3 = Initial, Limited Launch (Scheduled for April, 2004)

PreBuild Phase 1 commenced November 23rd.

The two stages of the PreBuild phase are designed to build a membership base for Co-OpWorld.

Home Business Incubator, L.L.C. has contracted with the owners of Co-OpWorld (Community Enabler, Pty Ltd.) to build an active community of members, consumers and marketers during this period.

During this PreBuild Phase period members are introduced to Co-OpWorld by other members and marketers and are permanently connected (or “tagged”) to each other. This connection is for commission tracking purposes and allows commissions on products and services within the Co-OpWorld Community to be properly allocated.

In addition, members who are actively marketing the Co-OpWorld Community (“Start a Biz” Participants) are able to strive to qualify for the lucrative Founders Pool (Compensation Pool of Shared Revenues).

No services were provided during the PreBuild Phase 1, and in Phase 2 a range of sponsorship and supporter advertising products are available.

PreBuild Phase 2 commenced February 3rd

This stage is designed to take Co-OpWorld out beyond the Internet Network Marketing community through a series of online and offline initiatives targeted at Local Business and Entrpreneurs around the world.

During this phase our members can start earning commissions by spreading the word , and having these people purchase the first phase of products. This phase is also managed by Home Business Incubator and at launch Community Enabler will take over the advertising responsibility.

Not only can people start earning commissions on sales (as much as $1500 worth with possible recurring commissions !!!!), but very importantly this phase is designed to give people the tools they need to get more people 'tagged to them'

Phase 3: Prebuild finishes and Initial, Limited Launch (April, 2004)

Your functional Co-OpWorld is expected to launch in April, 2004. Co-OpWorld is an ever-changing and growing community that grows, changes, and expands based on the ongoing input, feedback, and needs of it's members.

Upon initial launch, Co-OpWorld will have four 'Worlds' ('Communities of Interest') in addition to hundreds of 'Local Worlds'. The sub communities will focus on interests (e.g. 'gardening') and needs (e.g. 'finding a place to rent').

More importantly, these various Worlds ( will be set up to support people's interests and needs both on a worldwide level and at a local level.

Here's what this means:

  • gardening.co-opworld.com will provide tools, information, products, and services for those members interested in gardening.
  • housingworld.co-opworld.com will provide a way for members to find a place to rent.
  • seattle.co-opworld.com will provide access to local events, resources, products, services, and information about Seattle.
  • gardening.seattle.co-opworld.com is the place to go to find local events, resources, products services, and information about gardening in Seattle.
  • housing.seattle.co-opworld.com is the place to find places for rent in Seattle.

By the end of 2004 we expect Co-OpWorld will have 200 individual Worlds and it will continue to grow as the demand continues.

The Worlds that will be available for the Initial Launch (after the Pre-Build phase) are:

  • Gardening
  • Housing (Find a place to rent, or people to share a house with)
  • Trading(this is the classifieds Section that will be searchable globally and locally)
  • BizOpp (for the home based entrepreneur)

As noted above there will be hundreds of LocalWorlds available during the first year of Co-OpWorld's Launch. This number, of course, will grow as the Community in general grows. LocalWorlds provide targeted information for residents, visitors and information seekers.

In addition, Local Worlds can provide unique income streams for the Co-OpWorld members interested in building a business that helps expand the Co-OpWorld Community. (See “LocalWorlds Opportunity”)
