How It Works
 
  • You purchase the Community Boosters Packages for as many groups as you wish to sponsor and reserve the groups (The more you sponsor the greater the snowball effect on increasing your profile locally)
  • You gift the packages to the Community Groups
  • We build the websites and service the community groups
  • You benefit from the exposure

(Your AD will be in the position of the RED 'Fletchers' Ad in the top left corner. Your Ad will be the only one on the front page, but on the other pages the position will be shared with other advertisers. The additional advertising becomes a revenue source for the Community Group with at least 60% of the proceeds of these additional ads going to the Community Group. There will be no more than 5 other ads that share the traffic from this position. All other advertisers will be paying four times the price and yours will be the only Ad that displays being the 'Main Sponsor' Ad)

For less than the price of a weekend classified fee you can be the main sponsor for a community group and have your name out in front of hundreds of potential buyers and sellers year after year for THREE years. (All other advertisers will be paying FOUR times as much for the same period , so the early mover advantage slashes your cost dramatically.)

Your Sponsorship Fee FULLY covers the cost of the package, so it is totally FREE to the Community Group and its members.

Unlike with classifieds, this advertising solution will, because of its viral nature, improve through word of mouth as time goes on.

By spreading the word to other Local Businesses and encouraging them to also support Community Groups by purchasing the Community Boosters Packages, you benefit because:

  1. These other advertisers are helping lock out your competitor Real Estate Agents
  2. We pay you a US$40 commission on each Community Booster Package sold by you to other Local Business.

You'll find detailed instructions on how to Get Started on the Order Now page, but in overview we ask you to:

  1. Decide how many community groups websites you wish to be seen on
  2. Pay your fee to reserve those groups before one of your competitors gains the 'community edge'
  3. Nominate the groups to reserve them via our easy to fill out web form
  4. We'll then send you out a presentation kit and brochures so you can approach the Community Group, and find the nominated person(s) we need to liaise with
  5. Upon their approval to participate, we'll build the site and get them started. In the event they decline, you receive your credit back to either nominate another community group or convert it to advertising credits on our network and receive a 10% extra credits.

In return your business will appear as the main sponsor, and when people click on your ad they'll land on a web page we provide you, where you can easily update your featured properties.
