Terms of Service
Parties to this Agreement
This agreement is by and between Community Enabler Pty. Ltd. dba Cagora.com (formerly Co-opWorld) and all visitors and registrants to this site. For terms of this agreement and Policy Statements Community Enabler Pty. Ltd. Community Enabler and Cagora.com shall herein after be referred to as Cagora.
Visitors and registrants to the Cagora site (http://www.cagora.com and replicated domains of that root URL) hereby acknowlege and understand that the Cagora site is designed to provide information on, and registration for, a Community program (herein after described as the Cagora Community) as described on the Cagora site.

Privacy Policy
Cagora is committed to protecting our subscriber's privacy and the privacy of their prospects.
All of Cagora's affiliate information is completely confidential and fully protected against unauthorized access. Cagora will NEVER sell, rent, lease, trade or give away Cagora affiliate's or their lead's or prospect's contact information (name, email address, mailing address, phone number, etc.).
It is understood and agreed, however, that registrants to the Cagora site agree to be imported into the Cagora Community program as described in and throughout the Cagora website.
Cagora uses the information that you provide and that is collected solely for the purposes of delivering service and verifying your account, for corresponding with you, resolving problems that you encounter, for improving the Services described herein and for importation into the Cagora Community Program.

Cagora does record your IP address, but for the sole purpose of preventing people signing up multiple times and obtaining an unfair advantage in the referral competiton. There are multiple accounts permitted at the one IP address , but only if the additional accounts are held by real people.

Refund Policy:
Cagora has a 3 day cooling off period and after such time do not provide refunds.

Advertising Policy:
You agree to use only Cagora approved materials. All advertising materials must be taken from the Cagora site specifically described as "advertising materials" and that any advertising material to be used other than that in such section will be submitted for written approval by Cagora Management. Advertising material submitted for use may NOT be used until such written permission is received directly from Cagora.

Referral Policy:
All referrals to Cagora may be reviewed for authenticity and are subject to deletion if not found to be accurate. Multiple registrations from the same IP address are only allowed if separate individual identification can be provided. There is no problem with different members of a household having individual accounts.
Attempts to build referral credits or otherwise register false, misleading or incorrect members will be cause for deletion of the offending member account and any and all referral credits and benefits that might have otherwise accrued to the benefit of that member.

Member Contact Information:
It is critically important that members provide Cagora with current and accurate information. As noted above your information is used only to communicate with members of Cagora and the Cagora Community. Please make sure that your contact information is always correct and updated. Further, please note the following situations that can be grounds for member account removal and deletion of all credits and commissions payable, at the sole discretion of Cagora or the Cagora Community:
- The use of an autoresponder address as a contact email address. (Remember, the very nature of an autoresponder is to send out an immediate or delayed message). Don't DO IT. We will know upon the receipt of the first autoresponder message and will retain the right to disable your Cagora replicated page. It's stupid, ineffective and will result in loss of your Cagora membership. Don't do it.
- Incorrect email addresses. If you change your email address, make the edits IMMEDIATELY in your Cagora members area.
- Full Email Boxes. Don't let a full email box cause you to lose your Cagora membership.

No SPAM Policy:
Cagora.com, Community Enabler Pty. Ltd. and their related bodies maintain a zero tolerance SPAM policy.
Spam or unsolicited email is "Sending any e-mail on any subject to anyone or any organization that has not requested this information specifically by requesting it directly or by giving their permission for you to send them information".
Due to the nature of our service, you may be tempted to seek to profit from mass emails.
Whilst we want to encourage you spreading the word, unsolicited emailing is a very ineffective and totally morally unacceptable way of marketing. You should NOT use mailing lists created from people submitting their sites to Search engines and FFA sites using automated software. Beware that many "Safelists" or "Opt-In" lists for sale on the Internet have been obtained this way. You risk having your membership cancelled and losing all revenue if this happens. We owe it to all our members to maintain a very strict No-Spam policy to ensure our site is not suspended.
Similarly mass fax broadcasts are totally unacceptable.
Trying to solicit potential licensees in chatrooms or bulletin boards on the Internet unless they are related specifically to business opportunities is also unacceptable.
Setting up web forwarding to divert somebody from a site where they would expect to find different products or services, to your affiliate website is also not permissible.
We reserve the right to add any other forms of marketing to our "unacceptable" use list
We accept and log spamming complaints at our home office.

Our Spam Policy is simple and firm.
One Spam Complaint, from any source will be grounds to disable the offending member's replicated account and freeze all credits and commissions due. The offending member will be notified in writing upon receipt of any such spam complaints and will have a chance to offer explanations as to how and why the complaint was generated.
Upon review and explanation Cagora can entirely delete the member account and freeze and seize any and all credits and commissions due. However, this is a drastic action, and, unless the spam complaint and related activity is blatant such action will generally not be taken upon the first spam complaint.
If the offending account is not deleted, and upon review by Cagorastaff, the account will be reinstated and credits and commissions due reinstated in full.
Subsequent Spam complaints will result in the same actions by Cagora staff with the result generally to be account deletion and forfeiture of credits and commissions.
Sending unsolicited mail from ANY account that mentions Cagora or one of our related bodies corporate or includes any of our website addresses (or any of our Project Partners or their website addresses) in the body of the message, is cause for that account's immediate and permanent termination, including any and all revenue-sharing bonuses. If you violate this policy and it causes damage or loss to our servers, or causes one (or more) of our web sites to be interrupted from normal service, you will be held liable for damages and loss of business.
